Hello, I'm me!

I am Kaito or Kaitodoushi, however I mostly commonly go as Magic Kaito around the internet.

The follow bio is horribly out of date but I really only use this to show games that I have a non-character journal so...yeah. My Plurk is kaitodoushi. Enjoy my really old modified LJ profile.

I am a 23 year old in-between colleges student that will probably major in Radio or Audio Production with no end in sight living in Iowa. I have a part-time job which I really don't like, but it's money. I also work about once every other week running the sound board at a radio station which, despite the early hours, I do enjoy. My biggest passion is voice acting, which I have been doing amateurly online and trying to get in to as a future career. (no longer accurate but I'm too lazy to update right now)

I also like reading, writing, singing or otherwise making music, playing video games, RPing here, watching TV, doing puzzles, knitting, and just overall obsessive fangirling. If you think you can take the random spazzings, keep going!

Friends?

Mostly due to my paranoia, this journal is semi-friends only, so I post more than it may appear. This is mostly because my posts either consist of random and sometimes embarrassing fan spasms or me talking about my various mental problems, which is kind of personal and I don't want just anyone reading.

I do like making new friends regardless, though. If you would like to friend me, go to the first post on my journal and leave a comment letting me know who you are/how I should know you/why we should be friends/etc. Even though I'm pretty tight on friending until that point, I'm generally pretty nice about it.

Also, if you're wondering why I never seem to comment, I am very shy and end up lurking a lot. I feel like I don't have much worth saying a lot of the time. Even if I don't say anything, though, it doesn't mean I'm not reading or that I don't care.

Interests

As stated before, there are lots of things I like to do. I am, or at least have been, a fan of anime, manga, and older cartoons with a few live action shows thrown in. In the anime/manga division, I'm more of a shounen fan than anything else. It is a very rare case that I like something shoujo. I also have a few book series I like, though with school I really haven't read anything new recently.

I also love video games, my most up to date systems being a Wii, a DS, and a PS2. I'm more a fan of games with great storylines and writing than anything else. Actually, with most things I love the storyline is the most important thing to me, followed by interesting characters.

For the most part anything I've been really into at some point in my life is in my interests list. I may not consider myself "into" it now, but if it's there I still like it and could easily bond over it.
