Well, I'm here at my grandma's house! I have been for about an hour and a half now. And I'm all ready bored stiff! I mean, I love coming to Dallas and all, but sitting around and talking is not my idea of fun. And that's all these people know how to do. My two uncles haven't even shown up. Good grief, I'm going to be the only person under 50 here. Except Toulee. But he has a short attention span. Like me, only different. What really stinks is that I don't even have first dibs on the TV. And it's usually food that I don't care too much for. Plus, with these braces now, I don't know what I can eat. I really wish there was something worth doing here... I was really smart and brought my Game Boy and then proceeded to forget to save the transfer data I put into my Golden Sun game so I can't play that. Well, I could, but where's the fun in that? The Gold Password is freaking impossible to use, anyway. I have other games, but they're not as fun and I've beaten them one too many times. They need some good new GBA games stat. Man, the internet here is even like the lowest grade possible. It's worse than on my usual computer. My icon isn't shining or whatever you call that. If I end up using that one on this post, lol. I need to write, too. But all I brought was my notebook. Maybe that'll work. I don't know. I'm 19. Fun for me is going out and doing stuff, not sitting around telling stories about stuff that happened to you or your family members. Fun is eating junk food and watching cartoons, not eating chicken cooked in whatever sauce and watching baseball. Baseball is more fun live. Actually, I may get to go to a Rangers game. I haven't been there in nearly ten years. My last game of any kind was at Wrigley when I was 16. Go Cubs!!! I also have a few more things to shop for, so maybe I can make a fun trip out of this. ...I should have totally brought my Zim DVD. I think my Grandma has a DVD player. Or maybe Fruits Basket. Darn it! ...I want a Game Cube. Okay, I'm done whining for now. I'll be back soon, though. Cause there's nothing better to do here.

Well, I've been busy. I made $38.70 at the rummage sale. Yay me. Look out for dripping sarcasm. Anyway, a lot of random stuff has been happening. Like me trying to explain the weather condition of "splurting" to my parents (it's when it's sprinkling on and off! Come on!). And my dad saying that "We're spreading freedom and democracy by fighting." And me having a dentist appointment today at 2 and an orthodontist one at 3. My mouth'll be hurting sooner or later. I still need to watch the DVDs my brother gave me. Especially before our third annual anime party. What's sad is that I never have anything to contribute to those. Except Inuyasha. But now I'll have Studio Ghibli once I watch them! Limited time offer! Eh, okay. In other news, using glitches in the original Pokemon games to your advantage is fun! It can't be cheating if it's built into the game! *kills everything with Mew*

...I haven't written a thing in weeks. I need to do that at some point.

Beware the Ides of March! Or... something like that, lol. Really, is it fact that Caesar died on this day, or are we just taking it from the Shakespeare? I know they're certain it was 44 B.C. (I refuse to add the freaking E), but still. Bah, I just wanna crawl under my bed and let the world move around for a while without me. Or have it stop, so I won't be as far behind. Things are still messed up and bad, but I just don't wanna mention them. I've been in a very talkative mood today, which I guess is a good thing.

I actually put up a new story yesterday. It was a one chapter thingy, but I'm proud of myself. I also, sadly, got an idea for a new one, so now I've got around nine that are technically on my "To Do" list, although I refuse to do them all at once. I've also got DVDs to watch and video games to beat. And the games are mostly original Nintendo remakes, cause those are freaking impossible for someone as bad as I am.

Nothing else too exciting. Bri (from college) finally found her puppet Fermina who had been kidnapped since January. Still don't know who was behind the "theft." Somebody found her inside this random suit of armor in the theater office. She was really happy about it, which made me laugh. And there is my story about someone I've never mentioned to any of you before!

...Can't focus... Must find something to do, but can't... Crap.

Ah, Zoloft. How do I love thee? Well, let's see here... Yesterday was kinda sucky cause one of my teeth started hurting early in the morning. It's still a little uncomfortable. I had to run home after improv (which got out like around 1 AM cause it was our first tech) and go to the dentist at 8 this morning. I may or may not need a root canal, which'll suck but they say it's not as bad as it sounds. However, I kept being really non-specific on the symptoms just to bug them ^^. I don't like dentists. The nurses are fine, but the head ones... *shudders* I like the other guy at the office better, and I've only had him once and he still wasn't that great. And anyway, it's just as much their fault that this tooth became so bad as it is mine! Seriously! It's a long story, but it's true! They could have gotten the cavity earlier, but they didn't. Their fault, too!!!

Anyway, I randomly decided to switch videos games. I bought two on tour, especially because my goal for the trip was to beat The Adventure of Link and I did within the first half hour on the bus. I'm at the last battle in the new game, Minish Cap or whatever it's called, but I suddenly decided to play my other new one, the original Metroid. I love playing all of these old games I used to watch my brother play! It's so much fun! And then you think about how things have evolved and the characters that have lasted and stuff. I mean, Mario's basically just added from the original, Link is always running around with a sword and going into dungeons, Samus finds some monster ridden planet, another Final Fantasy turns up, and Kirby keeps on eating things. Still, as they make better and better games, the old ones are still freaking awesome too! I love how things like that stand the test of time. Plus, me, Link, and Samus have grown up together! Their first games came out in 86.

Back to my actually good day, which is what this was supposed to be about and I never really mentioned it. Improv practice was so freaking awesome tonight!!! For me, at least. We're working on our Long-form show, which is more or less a 75 minute thingy. We're doing "Improvivor," so it's Reality TV stuff. Depending on where you get randomly placed in this, you draw out your name, occupation, and where you're from. Mine job was an OCD personal hygenist. Yeah. Not much acting there! I just did me mixed with a little bit of Monk! At the very end, Julia told us to do a slow motion review thingy, and everyone else was going into hug and a few people brought up commercials. I didn't think my character would hug, so I thought for a second and pretended to see something I needed to wipe up on the floor, still in slow motion. Most of the people watching said that was their favorite moment all night!!! ^_^ I'm so happy!!! I love it when I actually do something good in improv! It makes me feel so special! The show's gonna be great, though. You guys should really try to come and see it. We're doing it Friday and Saturday night, and it's five dollars for a pass to BOTH shows, although I doubt you'd come for both. My parents wanna go up one of those days, for any of you Sioux City people. And we have improv workshops all day Saturday, too! Registration is fairly cheap, I think! Come on down/up!!!

*looks at my last entry* Yep. I cannot lose those pills again!,

Well, I'm back from that lovely holiday known as Thanksgiving Break. It was so nice to be home for a few days, but now... *siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* I'm back to being bored and lethargic. Not that I wasn't this weekend, mind you, but it's a bad thing now. And now, it's Christmas time!!!

I still don't know what to do about presents. I think I know what I'm getting my mom and dad (Dr. Mario and the Adventure of Link respectively), but I don't know WHAT to get anyone else. I have an idea, but it's sort of stupid, and there are a few people that I'd want to give more to, you know? Yeah, I totally didn't realize the new original Nintendo games that were out. I saw Adventure of Link and bought it immediately for myself, lol. I want to get Metroid and the original Castlevania, too. The latter is famous in my house because it's one of the two games that my brother, the master, could never beat. I hope they've kept it the same so I have the same challenge ahead of me. The thing is, the other game he couldn't beat was Kirby's Pinball, and I've beaten that (cause I got really lucky once), so we'll have to see. Plus, my dad recalls it having really good music, but we can't remember how it goes, so I'd like to hear that. And Metroid just cause... well, I remember it too. Dr. Mario would be fun, as well as the original Mario and Donkey Kong, but they are twenty dollars. Compared to other games, this is cheap, but it's still fairly expensive. I also found the Fruits Basket boxed set and I REALLY want it, but it's $100, and I just don't have that kind of money to spend. Trigun boxed set it $200, so it'll be a while before I ever get that. Maybe I should look online or something...

I'm not too worried about gifts, though. My crappy idea will do, but I'd like to get more a least for my brother, themonkeymaiden (for putting up with me at home), and Christie (for putting up with me at school XD), and maybe even a few other people if I can think of anything extra outside of my idea... It's not even a very good one. Also, since my sister won't be home for Christmas, I am now in charge of selecting and running my family's recorder ensemble. themonkeymaiden, who's also in our group, had a good idea of adding parts to the duets we used to do for Madrigal. It's either that or Feliz Navidad, and I don't know if they'd like that at our Christmas Eve service... Although, she has now been upgraded to sopranino (if she wants) since my sister is gone! So it'll be sopranino, soprano, alto, and bass probably (yes, there are several kinds of recorders. Tenor is the only one we have that we probably won't use). Or make my brother play tenor and my mom can re-learn soprano, but I think her arthritis would make that too hard....

...Am I a terrible person for wanting to give more to my brother than to my sister?,

I'm gonna DIE, I swear!!! Two performances of Honk! today, three tomorrow, and me on the verge of a nervous breakdown. These are not good circumstances, folks. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love the show! It's probably the best I've ever been in! But having all of these performances, including these matinees for little kids who the show really isn't geared to and seeing them all standing up long before the show is over is not a pleasant situation. Curse you television!!! Curse you I say!!! (everyone stares at my collection of icons and thinks "Suuuuure, you hate TV...")

The crowd tonight wasn't too large, but it was a Wednesday. However, they were just as responsive as the crowd opening night, which was nice, cause that was the best crowd we had both size and reaction wise (yes, themonkeymaiden, that includes you, too :) ). I really wish that we could just NOT do it for those stupid kids, though! It's too long for them, especially when it isn't a real children's show!!!!

In other news, one fish is all ready down. Heh, isn't that the way it works, though? At least one fish will die within three days. However, I have a little thing called "Necrophobia", so I asked Christie to take care of the poor thing for me. My other fish seem fine, though. He was the male Platty, so maybe the girls ganged up on him or something, lol. I'll see how they fare for a while and maybe buy another fish if these ones seem to not be dying...

I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving. I mean, I'm excited (yay for THREE days off of school, then a weekend ^_^), but time is just passing so fast. And then we get to the Christmas season. As much of a warm, fuzzy Christmas fan I am, it usually ends up driving me crazy. In our stupid commercialized world, I never know what to buy anybody! Or WHO to buy things for, for that matter. I mean, if I get a gift for one friend, another may find out and be like "Why didn't she get me anything?" And then I have to be careful with price, and again, I have no idea of what ANYBODY wants. Last year, I got my parents a Tetris game for Game Boy (yes, my parents have a Game Boy; long story, don't ask). I recall hearing that the original Dr. Mario was coming out for it (or maybe I just dreamed that... I can't remember), so maybe I'll get them that, even though they do have an original Game Boy version that daemonguard gave me... I never know what to do for my brother or sister, and now I have my brother-in-law who I might just add my name onto whatever my parents get for him XD.

Then there's the case of ME. I never know what I freaking want!!! I swear, last year every gift I got was Lord of the Rings oriented. Not that I don't love Lord of the Rings, but you'd think at least my parents would realize the monotiny or something... I don't know what they're going to do this year. I mean, I guess my biggest obsessions now are Inuyasha and Teen Titans, but they don't know too much about either of those so I doubt they would get me anything with that. There still is Lord of the Rings, I guess, but I all ready have so much of that... I even have the full story in one book, for heaven's sake. But I guess it doesn't matter, cause with Bush still in office and my sister's wedding, we might not even HAVE a Christmas... (and yes, I actually am serious, although my parents haven't said anything like that)

I don't know what my friends'll do either. Only a few of them (of the ones who actually bother with me, XD) would know about the stupid anime crap, but that tends to be expensive. Hm, I guess my brother does, he got me a "How to Draw Anime" book last year... Where did I put that? Anyways, my other friends shouldn't even bother with that stuff, but they're even more at a loss for me, you know? I've frankly decided that I don't care!!! If you can't think of a gift for me, just don't get me one!!! Of course, you may be like me and think "But I HAVE to!!!" in which case... I don't know. People at least know what I like and don't like. I'm open for video games, books, anime crap (like how I'm using crap? XD), CDs (that are music styles that I like), money... lol. So, as you can see, I really wish people would forget about Santa and all of that stupid stuff and just focus on the REAL meaning of Christmas which has everything to do with Jesus!!! ...And playing recorders.

Until I need to blow off some steam again,
